Complete online fit consultations include 1 month of unlimited communication and video review. Complete consultations typically encompass 4-6 video and email exchanges.
This "Online Fit - Further Review" includes ONE response and ONE follow up email, AFTER up to two videos and one email are received from the client. Response will include further recommendations for any primary and secondary fit coordinate that are not quite optimized, as well as suggestions for parts to achieve the changes
Recommendations can cover saddle height, setback, saddle selection, reach to the bars, drop to the bars, extension shape/width/tilt/cant, crank length, tire choice, and air pressure.
This is a follow up to our "Online Fit - Basic Review" which must be purchased and completed prior to this service.
Online Fit - Follow-Up Review
I would like to recieve two videos, two still photos, and one informational email before making recomendations.
Video 1 should be a side view shot from a tripod or a steady hand. Good smart phone video is more than sufficient. Center the view on the hips but be sure to capture the entire body including the bottom of the pedal stroke. Rider should be in motion, warmed up, settled in to their typical position and riding close to threshold or 1 hour effort level.
Video 2 is optional and should be shot from the front of the bike with the camera aimed right at the headtube. Center the view on the head tube but be sure to capture the entire body including the bottom of the pedal stroke. Rider should be in motion, warmed up, settled in to their typical position and riding close to threshold or 1 hour effort level.
- If the rider uses an aero helmet, it can be worn for both videos
- A ten second clip is more than sufficient
- Video can be emailed, file shared or uploaded to Youtube or Vimeo with a shared link.
Email should include any issues or questions that need to be addressed after the changes suggest in the initial review we implementned AND the rider has spent at least 3 hours over at least 2 rides on the bike. Email can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Online fit information, Your Name" as the subject line.
